Job Description:

Join a locally owned print and signage team where your hands-on production skills make a visible impact every day. We’re hiring a Large Format Print & Sign Production Specialist to support high-quality output across signage, vinyl graphics, and custom print projects.

This is a full-time, on-site role working with industry-standard large format equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate large format printers (roll-to-roll, UV flatbed, vinyl)
• Perform finishing work including laminating, trimming, mounting, and bindery
• Prepare and review print files for accuracy and production readiness
• Assist with vinyl application, signage assembly, and occasional installation
• Work with a variety of substrates including banners, rigid boards, and vehicle graphics
• Maintain production equipment and ensure consistent output quality
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in large format print, sign production, or similar environment
• Familiarity with equipment such as wide format printers, laminators, and cutting devices
• Understanding of vinyl application and large format finishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a solid work ethic
• Basic computer and math skills

Compensation & Schedule:

• $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time, consistent hours
